Implementation Process

From Inquiry to a Working System

We confirm the scope before work begins, gather the information needed to build correctly, and deliver the agreed CRM and automation system in a structured sequence.

1

Submit an Inquiry

Use the contact form or email [email protected] to tell us about your business, current process, and the systems you want to improve.

2

Confirm Scope and Pricing

We review your needs and confirm the deliverables, project boundaries, setup fee, timeline expectations, and any optional monthly support before work begins.

3

Complete Agreement, Payment, and Onboarding

After you approve the scope, you complete the required agreement, submit payment, and provide the requested business details, platform access, branding, approved messages, and other onboarding materials.

4

System Configuration and Testing

We configure the agreed CRM structure, pipelines, calendars, workflows, communication sequences, and integrations. We test the core functions included in the confirmed scope.

5

Delivery and Walkthrough

We deliver the configured system and provide the agreed handoff, documentation, or walkthrough so your team understands the operational process.

6

Optional Ongoing Support

If you select a monthly support retainer, we provide the support and optimization services stated in your agreement. Monthly services are billed separately and may be canceled under the Cancellation Policy.

Delivery Timing: Most initial setup projects begin within 2 business days after payment and receipt of complete onboarding requirements. Delivery timing varies based on project scope, client responsiveness, third-party platform access, and requested integrations.
Important: CRM configuration and automation are operational tools. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, calls, sales, revenue, rankings, or other business outcomes.
Before We Start

What We Need From You

Projects move fastest when onboarding information and access are complete. The exact requirements depend on the agreed scope.

  • Accurate business and service information
  • Timely access to agreed platforms and accounts
  • Approved business branding and message content
  • Calendar availability and scheduling preferences
  • Prompt feedback during configuration and testing
  • Appropriate consent and compliance for customer messaging
📌

Scope Comes First

Every setup is tailored to the client’s business process. The final services, deliverables, pricing, timeline, and responsibilities are confirmed in the applicable proposal, client agreement, invoice, or onboarding document before implementation begins.

If a request falls outside the confirmed scope, we will discuss the change and any associated cost or timeline before proceeding.
