Summary: We collect information needed to respond to inquiries, provide CRM and automation services, process payments, support client accounts, and operate this website. We do not sell personal information.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Christ-Man Prosperity Holdings LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information when you visit our website, submit a form, contact us, purchase or inquire about services, or otherwise interact with us.

This policy applies to our CRM setup, workflow automation, lead-follow-up configuration, appointment scheduling, customer communication systems, reporting configuration, and optional ongoing software support services. It does not replace the privacy policy of a third-party platform, vendor, website, or client business.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. You may also review our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly, information created through your service relationship with us, and limited technical information generated when you use our website.

2.1 Information You Provide

Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and service inquiry details.
  • Messages, form submissions, emails, support requests, feedback, and other communications.
  • Business information, branding, workflow requirements, scheduling preferences, approved message content, and platform-access details you provide for a project.
  • Information included in proposals, agreements, invoices, onboarding forms, and support communications.
  • Payment-related information such as billing contact information, invoice details, payment status, and transaction records. Payment-card information is handled by the applicable payment processor; we do not intentionally collect or store full payment-card numbers through ordinary email or website forms.

2.2 Website and Technical Information

When you use our website, our hosting, CRM, analytics, security, or service providers may collect limited technical information, such as IP address, device type, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, date and time of access, form activity, and similar website usage information.

2.3 Client Customer and Lead Data

When providing services to a business client, we may receive or access information about that client’s leads, customers, employees, or contacts only as necessary to configure, test, maintain, or support the agreed system. The client is responsible for having a lawful basis to provide, use, and communicate with those individuals’ information through the client’s systems.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Directly from you when you complete a contact form, schedule a consultation, email us, request support, submit onboarding information, sign an agreement, or make a payment.
  • Automatically through website logs, cookies, security tools, forms, and similar technologies used to operate and improve the website.
  • From service providers that process payments, host our website, provide CRM, scheduling, communications, analytics, or other operational tools.
  • From a business client when the client provides information necessary for us to deliver the agreed services.

4. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate about requested services.
  • Prepare proposals, agreements, invoices, onboarding materials, and project documentation.
  • Provide, configure, test, maintain, and support agreed CRM, automation, scheduling, communication, reporting, and related services.
  • Process payments, maintain transaction records, respond to refund or cancellation requests, and prevent fraud.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve our website, systems, and service delivery.
  • Send administrative messages, including service updates, payment notices, policy changes, and responses to support requests.
  • Send marketing communications only where permitted by applicable law and consistent with your choices. You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link, where provided, or by contacting us.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, safety, and security of the Company, clients, users, and others.

5. Client Messaging Responsibilities

The Company may configure email, SMS, calling, appointment reminders, missed-call text-back, and other customer communication workflows for business clients. The business client—not the Company—is responsible for the accuracy, content, audience selection, timing, consent, opt-in records, opt-out handling, and legal compliance of the client’s customer and marketing communications.

Clients must obtain and maintain all permissions, notices, and consents required by applicable privacy, telemarketing, anti-spam, carrier, and platform rules before using automated communications. We may suspend or decline work that we reasonably believe presents legal, security, platform, carrier, or reputational risk.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including:

  • With service providers that help us operate the website, CRM, communications, scheduling, payment processing, hosting, data storage, security, analytics, and business operations.
  • With contractors or professional advisers who need information to provide services to us or help us meet legal, accounting, tax, or security obligations.
  • With a client or authorized user when necessary to provide the agreed services, support a client account, or resolve an issue.
  • When required by law, subpoena, court order, government request, or other legal process.
  • To protect the rights, safety, property, or security of the Company, our clients, users, or the public.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, restructuring, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party tools and platforms, including CRM, communications, scheduling, payment, hosting, domain, analytics, advertising, and integration providers. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and their practices are outside the Company’s control.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the policies and settings of third-party accounts they own or control. Where we are granted access to a client’s third-party account, we use that access only as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use cookies, form tools, logs, and similar technologies to support core functionality, understand website activity, improve user experience, and protect the website from misuse. A cookie is a small file stored by a browser that can help a website remember limited information.

You can generally control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect website functions. We do not knowingly use the website to sell personal information or to conduct cross-context behavioral advertising based on personal information.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Access is limited to persons and providers who have a legitimate business need to access information.

No system, internet transmission, or method of electronic storage is completely secure. You should not submit full payment-card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or a general contact form unless we specifically request a secure method.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect the Company and users.

Retention periods vary by the type of information, purpose of use, and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to legal, tax, contractual, and operational retention requirements.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal information we hold about you. You may also have the right to opt out of certain marketing communications.

To make a privacy request, email [email protected] with the subject line Privacy Request. Include your name, the email address associated with your inquiry or account, and a clear description of your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Some requests may be limited where information must be retained for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, or legitimate-business purposes.

12. California Privacy Notice

If the California Consumer Privacy Act or California Privacy Rights Act applies to the Company and your information, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of qualifying personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a California privacy request, contact [email protected] with the subject line California Privacy Request.

13. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected] so we can review and take appropriate action.
